Do BENEBOON boxes ship as shown?
Your order will contain all of the items shown in the set photograph. There are a few products that indicate “colors may vary”, but rest assured that these variations still compliment the package as a whole.
This order is a gift, how does it ship?
All of our orders are shipped in our signature box, with each item tightly packed and colorfully wrapped inside. We take great pride in delivering a fabulous unboxing experience. We offer gift wrapping for an additional $6, but know that our gift box is eye candy enough! We never include receipts in our packages.
Can I include a personalized note in my order?
Yes, we include a complimentary hand written gift card with your customized message.
Do the gift sets change?
Yes! We are growing and evolving, and always open to change. Any adjustment made is for the purpose of giving our customers a better experience.
Can I make changes to the sets?
All of our curated sets come with the items shown. Please contact us if you would like to switch to a different color of the same item. If we have it in stock, we are happy to make the change.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and internationally.
What does it cost to ship?
Shipping costs depend on the speed at which you select for delivery and the size of the package. We offer special UPS rates for your packages, and offer free Ground Shipping in the US and Canada on gift boxes over $99 (This is a per set). Additional options for faster shipping are available as well.
How long until my package arrives?
We ship out on business days with UPS. Standard Ground Shipping takes 2 -10 business days depending on location. We are located in NY state. We also offer additional options for 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries. For Next Day, orders must be submitted before 12pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I send gifts to multiple locations in one transaction?
Yes! Making gift shopping easy for our customers is very important to us. You can send multiple gifts to multiple locations in a single transaction. As you are selecting your purchases, you will be prompted to enter "To", "From", and "Message" before adding items to your cart. Please select the "ship to multiple addresses" box at the top of the cart, when you are ready for checkout. You will then be prompted to enter the various addresses.
What is your return policy?
We have a no return, no exchange policy. Exceptions are for damaged merchandise. If you receive a damaged product, please contact email@example.com or let us know on the Contact Us page and we will make it right!
Do you offer party or corporate gifts?
Please send us a message via our Contact Us page with basic information, event date and approximate number of gifts needed, to start the conversation.
