Do BENEBOON boxes ship as shown?
Your order will contain all of the items shown in the set photograph. There are some sets that offer variants, where you can select different product options, such as color or pattern. In which case, we will ship your selections.
This order is a gift, how does it ship?
All of our orders are shipped in our signature box, with each item tightly secured and perfectly packed inside. We take great pride in delivering a fabulous unboxing experience.
Can I include a personalized note in my order?
Yes, we include a complimentary hand-written card with your personal message.
Can I make changes to the sets?
All of our curated sets come with the items shown. If you would like to create your own combination, we are happy to to create a custom box! Please contact us if you would like to do so.
Can I order more than one gift box & send out to multiple addresses in a single order?
Yes! After adding all of your selections to the cart, check the box "Ship to Multiple Addresses" on the top left of the Cart Page. Then, go ahead to fill out each address per gift box.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States with UPS. PO Box addresses will only be sent via USPS.
What does it cost to ship?
Shipping costs depend on the speed at which you select for delivery and the size of the package. We offer special UPS rates for your packages, and offer Ground Shipping as well as priority options.
How long until my package arrives?
Your gifts are ready to ship in 1-2 business days. We ship with UPS. Standard Ground Shipping takes 2 -10 business days depending on proximity to New York, where we are located. We also offer expedited options for 2nd Day or Next Day deliveries. For Next Day, orders must be submitted to BENEBOON before 12pm. **Please keep in mind that all mail services are backed up due to the Covid pandemic. We are not responsible for delays after packages are submitted to carrier.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We take the time to carefully package so that your gift arrives in tact & looking great! If you receive a damaged product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or let us know on the Contact Us page and we will absolutely make it right!
Do you offer party or corporate gifts?
Yes! Please send us a message via our Contact Us page with basic information regarding the purpose and approximate number of gifts needed, to get started. You'll here back from us ASAP.
